I started to drink the coffe green 30 min every morning before breakfast, First couple hours did not notice anything…in the afternoon I started to feel less hunger and so and so…It has been a week and now I have more control of what I eat because I am not that hungry, I choose better food and I feel great, I started to go to the gym and I am very content to tell you that I am down to 3 pounds in one week…That is good for me, I don’t want to go crazy,little by little works!!!

I bought this product for my aunt after my grandmother told me that a lady lost 35 pounds by using this product.
My aunt already lost 9 pounds in one week. Which amazed me because she is not exercising.
However, like any diet product there is some cons:
dry mouth-i would recommend drinking PLENTY of water and dont drink anything with caffine with this product.
frequent bathroom visits, not loose bowel movements.
i would recommend this product but go to a doctor first.
i wouldnt recommend it to people with a sensitive stomach.
