My Doctor recommended Hoodia for me because I only wanted to try all natural approaches to controlling my weight. He told me to stick with it because it takes time and that Hoodia was a safe, not too drastic approach to use.
I tried a few other brands before I found Hoodia Ultra 2000 with less success. I have been taking Hoodia Ultra 2000 now for about 4 months and have been really happy with it. The effect was subtle at first. At the beginning, It worked sometimes but not all the time. Then over time, I noticed that I wanted to eat less most of the time. It doesnt completely wipe out my appetite, it just lessons it. I was told this was a safer approach then to have no appetite at all. It’s ironic that I am saving money on food and snacks that more than pays for the Hoodia..
One of the patterns that I noticed was that if I was extremely active or extremely stressed, my stomach acids would overpower the effects of the Hoodia. My doctor said that was normal.
What really sold me on this product was that on average days (not the exceptionally stressful times) I had less appetite and would eat less.

I noticed this product start working right away. I work long hours where I only have one break and don’t have the option of snacking. I am on my second bottle and have found my appetite getting smaller over time. I tried a different product a long time ago but wasnt impressed. At least this product works a lot of the time for me. I was happy to see that it was pure Hoodia and not mixed with junk, like some of the brands that I checked out and decided not to buy in the past. Hoodia has a subtle effect for me that I really like so it makes me trust it a lot more than if it was someting where there was a huge change all at once. I will probably buy more when I use this up. The time release feature is very important for getting the maximum benefit of it. I didnt feel any negative side effects whatsoever. My main criticism of it is that it takes up a lot of room in my medicine cabinet because it is 3 separate bottles and I dont have a lot of room but it is a lot for the money.

I am on my 4th bottle and am ready to order more. Some people dont seem dont seem to understand how Hoodia works. It isnt a miricle food, just a nice way to safely curb the appeitite. I found that it works most of the time for me but not every single minute. It is a good value for the money and will help you lose weight if you stick with it; a very cheap price for better health.
