I’ve tried nearly every thermogenic over the years. In the old days, we’d take the ECA stack. Then there was Ripped Fuel. Once ephedrine and ephedra were no longer legal, thermogenics started to suck.
Finding a worthwhile thermogenic has been a challenge. Most just load themselves up with caffeine so that you get a buzz. When people can feel a buzz, they think a product must be working. There is much more to thermogenics than a caffeine rush.

I was using this product for a few months in conjunction with diet and exercise. It gave me fantastic energy and helped me curb my appetite so that I was less tempted to eat things that were bad for me. I don’t do the “scale” thing but I can tell you that I purchased a pair of jeans that I couldn’t get buttoned in January and by April they fit comfortably. I would recommend this product if you’re a person who works out and needs energy

i love this product. it works great and works fast. i am in the army and weight control and inches on your waist is a big thing. i first got this product when i had gotten a vecectomy and i couldnt do anykind of physical activity but i still had to worry about it. i wasnt doing any kind so i started to take this and in no time i lost 3 inches and a few pounds. i would recommend this to anyone. the only thing to say that might be bad is you will be hyper for hours if u take 3 at once.

I first tryed this prduct at work a friend who use to work for gnc recommended to me shhh seriously to be honest i instatly felt a type of rush not tweaker status but more active and aware and Just took it while working didnt excersise just worked n before i knew NO Lie I weighed myself and found i had freaking lost 35 pounds without even noticing it i weighed just under 220 and now am at 185 Best thing that i could of ever used!!! I Highly Recommend The meltdown!

3 pills per dose make a sound thermogenic but it seems to ask food to follow quickly if not U got nausea like symptoms.
According to my experience do not follow with high fat intake after pills. But watch out for intake of food after the pills’ effect wash away as you tend to
bounce back your appetite greatly though the effects tend to last for up to 7 hours for appetite suppression. Lastly, a good thermos, a good pre- workout but you
still have to watch what you eat and the size of your portion to achieve desired results.
