Most people think that when they want to loose weight, they have to eat less food. Actually, this is not entirely correct. In fact, this method could lead to dangerous health disorder. So, how do we get that perfect weight, while at the same time keep our body healthy? Here are some things that you can consider when you want to start a weight loss program.

Avoid crash diet.

The most popular idea about loosing weight is by decreasing calories intake. This is probably because some advertisements on TV are suggesting it. However, reducing calories intake is unnecessary since our body really needs it. When there are no calories, our body starts to digest fat and then it needs lots of energy to digest fat. Because there is no energy left, as a result, we start to feel very weak and easily get sick since our immune system is also getting weaker.
