<p>Many people want to improve their physical fitness levels.  However, they often make the excuses that they don&#8217;t know how or they don&#8217;t have the time.  In this article I outline three ways you can implement fitness training into your daily routine.</p>
<p>1) LIFESTYLE CHANGE:- One of the easiest ways to improve your current fitness levels is to make small, positive changes to your daily routine.  Specifically, you need to improve your diet and your exercise routine. <span id="more-388"></span> As I have mentioned, these changes do not have to be large.  If you make small changes to your lifestyle at regular intervals these will soon build up to become large changes which yield significant results.</p>
<p>One way you could change your eating habits is by eating one less takeaway a week and substituting this for a healthier, home cooked meal.  Then in the second week you could build on this by eating a salad for lunch once or twice a week.  You can alter your exercise habits in a similar way.  In the first week use stairs instead of elevators.  In week two participate in a thirty minute brisk walk twice a week.  As you can see these small but positive lifestyle changes collectively become significant changes which can lead to improved fitness levels.</p>
<p>2) FITNESS EQUIPMENT:- Another great way to improve your fitness levels is to take advantage of the large selection of fitness equipment on the market.  When choosing fitness equipment you first have to decide what your fitness targets are.  Do you want to improve your cardiovascular fitness?  If so then a treadmill, rowing machine or exercise bike will be most suitable for you.  Do you want to tone and strengthen your muscles?  Then free weights and weight machines are what you should be using.</p>
<p>You also need to consider whether you want to purchase the fitness equipment for yourself or take advantage of the fitness equipment at the gym.  Both have their own distinct advantages and disadvantages.  Owning your own fitness equipment means that you can use it whenever you want, within the comfort of your own home.  However, unless you have a lot of storage space and money you will be unable to purchase the range of equipment that a gym can provide.  The gym can provide you with a large range of equipment for a relatively low cost.  However, when the gym is full you will have to wait for machines and you will also have to spend time commuting to and from the gym.</p>
<p>Whatever you choose regarding your fitness equipment you must consider one important factor.  Fitness equipment will assist you in your exercise but it will not do it for you.  You still have to put in the time and effort that leads to improved fitness levels.</p>
<p>3) FITNESS TRAINER:- Taking advantage of a fitness trainer is a great way to improve your fitness levels.  You can explain your fitness goals to the trainer and then they can show you the best way to achieve them.  A fitness trainer should also help you stay motivated, show you where you are going wrong and lead you down the right path, making it more likely that you will achieve your targets.</p>
<p>When choosing a fitness trainer there are a number of factors you should consider.  A good fitness trainer should be able to provide success stories from their past which prove their credentials.  You should also look at their qualifications to measure how well trained they are.  Finally, you should arrange a meeting with a number of fitness trainers and see which ones match your personality.</p>
<p>As you can see there are plenty of options available to you if you want to improve your fitness levels.  Although I have given you the advice you have to take that first step and implement fitness training into your daily routine.  Choose whichever ideas you think are best for you and get started.  The sooner you begin to take action, the sooner you will start to see results.</p>

Quick fix programs do not work&#8230;although millions of dollars are spent each year. These programs offer a quick loss of weight but sadly the weight is gained right back because people return to their old eating habits and old life style.</p>
<p>There are many kinds of<span id="more-253"></span> fad diets. Avoid those types of diets that recommend a certain nutrient, or combination of foods encouraging you to loss weight fast. Fad diets do not teach lifestyle habits for long-term weight management, they do not help people gain the will power to change a lifestyle with another.</p>
<p>Diets promoting a very low calorie system, approximately 1,000 to 1,500 calories per day and with no exercise program cause the body to become less efficient at burning fat, making it easier to store fat and regained weight each time a diet is stopped. In the long run this fad diets makes a person fatter instead of leaner. Ultimately these fad diets are not safe.</p>
<p>Only your weight and exercise level determines the number of calories that is right for your diet program and only healthy lifestyle habits will maintain long-term weight control. Healthy lifestyle habits include regular exercise, behavior modification, and a healthy, nutritious diet with a wide variety of foods.</p>
<p>People should be aware of their health problems before engaging in a diet program. All diets should include a warning to check with a specialist before trying a diet. Also most fad diets make no mention of physical activity, which is essential in the process of weight loss and some of these diets can actually harm one’s health.</p>
<p>The majority of fad diets involve a 10 day to 1 month period in which your diet is restricted to a select collection of bad-tasting, inconsistent health foods or recipes. The fads diet is generally advising you to completely avoided fats.</p>
<p>Due to water loss from this period, as a reaction to the starvation process, you will quickly lose weight. And, as you continue to starve, your body starts working in order to keep up with the energy needs. But you are still not burning fats and as you avoid fats in your diet, your body will try to preserve the fat that it has in its store. And if you continue your diet up to a month your body will burn its stored fats having no other alternative to stay alive.</p>
<p>After this period the dieter starts getting weaker and he is not able to feel well and perform its normal duties because it requires a lot more effort and time for the body to produce energy from fat rather than from muscle.</p>
<p>At a certain time the dieter is back to his normal eating habit but it will take some time before the reconstruction of your muscle occurs and during this time, the body stores most of the food intake as excess fats. Therefore at the end of the reconstruction process, the dieter is back to his initial weight gaining back the weight he lost in the starvation process and little bit more.</p>
<p>A diet regards the proper nutrition for a normally developed human and it should contain vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates AND fats. An imbalanced process may cause starvation or excessive reserves of body fat.</p>
<p>By using fad diets in your weight loss process your body will experience both starvation and weight gain in a short amount of time.</p>

Fitness is the ability to tolerate, to bear up, to survive in stress, to carry on in situations where an un<span id="more-201"></span>fit person could not continue, and is a major basis for good health and well-being.</p>
<p>Fitness is a quality which varies from individual to individual. It is basically affected by age, exercise, eating habits and practices and heredity. Fitness also includes the performance of the heart, muscles and lungs of the body and also fitness affects to some degree qualities like mental awareness and emotional strength. </p>
<p>Fitness involves exercising and working out to look and feel better. Physical and mental well being of people also depends on the fitness. Health fitness involves finding activities that are going to improve person’s current fitness level.</p>
<p>Eating properly also plays an important role in fitness. You will feel lethargic and bad-tempered if you consume large amounts of carbs, fats, and sugar. They give us a temporary enhancement in energy but not for long. Eating plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables will help people maintain energy levels all day long without the variation. They will also consume fewer calories and you will feel full throughout the day. </p>
<p>Fitness is a very important issue that most of the people need to focus their attention on. It affects both physical well being and mental well being of people. Fitness gives human being an opportunity to be the healthiest they can. They will look and feel better than they have in a long time.</p>
<p>For the best results people should plan a fitness program with the help of a personal trainer or a doctor. It should be made sure that it focuses on their aims and their skills. There should be no comparisons between the fitness programs. </p>

<li>The day should be started after having a complete rest. The bed should be treated as energy re-supply point and every human being should take minimum of 7-9 hours sleep in the night.</li>
<li>It is guided to everyone that if you don’t get time in the morning then it should be made sure that once you are back home in the evening while watching TV you should do some yoga or sit on workout bike. A few seconds later the brain starts connecting the visual messages and before you know it an hour has gone by.</li>
<li>If a person does not get time for the lunch, at least he should take a break of 10 minutes and go out in the open air where there is full of oxygen and not pollution.</li>
<li>People should take good nutritious snacks when at work. </li>
<li>Excessive coffee intake should be avoided. Caffeine is not a good long term solution for energy throughout the day.</li>
