  3. My own mistake — the book is a scam. Just promotes a bunch of unknown products that cost a ton of money and don’t work. Also runs down products we already have on the shelves so we go out and buy what he suggests. And the results were nil. Also, didn’t take into account that many of the people who would try this are diabetics and couldn’t eat much of the stuff he promotes.

    This is not anything against Amazon — the book came quickly.

    All recipes were from foods that aren’t easily accessible in the grocery store. I wanted more specifics on what foods to get vs just specific brands,,,

    Get real. No excercise!! No calorie counting!! Another pesonality hits the air and computer waves with some outrageous claims. You can’t even eat fruit on his plan! (and can you count the Kirkland (Costco) products in his book…shameless.) Everyone knows you cannot just target one fat area in your body. We all need to be sensible, cut calories, burn fat, and increase metabolism with proper combination of cardio and resistance training. Despite this, I gave it a try since it was promoted in the Costco Magazine for January 2010, and I am happy to say I am back on a basic watch what I eat and excercise plan…don’t “waist” your money!!
